I am a quirky Californian, currently living in San Diego, who fell in love with helping people find their financial peace of mind.
I love music, and bond with people over sharing playlists! My personal hobbies include dancing, skating, surfing, hiking, film photography, and traveling.
I am from New England but have moved around for most of my adult life. I am currently located on the beautiful Texas coast & I stay busy with a blended family of 3 boys, my husband and our dogs. When I am not coaching, you can find me running, hiking, learning something new, or rewatching The Office for the 1000th time.
I am viola-playing money nerd from Minnesota! I love incorporating personal priorities into budgets, I drink a LOT of chai, and my family’s budget has a line just for games.
When I’m not tweaking our personal budget, you can find me playing video and board games with my husband Jacob and our daughter Rebekah, watching trashy reality dating shows, or walking our American Staffordshire Terrier, Pikel.
I am a Money Coach and mom of three living in Athens, Georgia. I spent a lot of time as a teacher in higher education, and switched careers because I believe it’s it’s never too late to be awesome with money, to get organized, to pay off debt, or to invest for the future! I live with my husband, children, dog, and elderly cat. I enjoy hiking and swimming and learning new things.
I’m an educator, wife, and mom who enjoys the simple things in life - backyard hangouts, gardening, hiking, and lots of time with family and friends. I have been an elementary teacher, an instructional coach, a stay-at-home-mom, and now I get to merge two things I love, finances + education as a money coach. I co-host a podcast with my husband called Black and Brown Make Green, and I am big on living life as balanced as I possibly can by maximizing fun, minimizing stress, all while working towards FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early).
I am a divorced mom of two college-aged kids, living in Little Silver, NJ. I'd like to say I live a relatively active lifestyle when I'm not working! I love the ocean, am an avid swimmer and compete in open ocean swims during the summer here in New Jersey. I grew up in Miami Beach so that was an adjustment! I also am a volunteer on my local EMS squad where I serve my community as a first responder and ambulance driver. I enjoy this immensely and it gives me a sense of purpose and pride. I am passionate about helping others with their personal finances, especially during unforeseen difficult times such as divorce.
I’m a coastal Virginia transplant currently living in the mountains of east Tennessee where you can find me playing all the sports and doing all the outdoor activities. I like hiking, playing sand volleyball, lifting weights, or any other activity I have the opportunity to do! When I’m not out adventuring, I love to start my days sipping coffee, working on the NY Times puzzles, and writing in my gratitude journal. Quality time is incredibly important to me and it means the world to me when I get to connect with my loved ones. My goal every day is to do things I love, with people I love, for a purpose I love. I have an exercise science background, enjoy musical theater, proudly rep my LGBTQ+ community, and have been a personal finance nerd for as long as I can remember. I can’t wait to bring all of my experiences and knowledge together to help you achieve the financial abundance you desire!
I am a proud, tree-hugging Pacific Northwesterner turned Colorado transplant, bona fide cat lady, avid hiker and skier, dedicated Seattle Kraken fan, and former sports medicine professional.I’m a huge nerd when it comes to budgeting, organization, and planning ahead for all the things. When I’m not curled up with my cat, black coffee, a good spreadsheet and Ted Lasso, you can find me powerlifting at the gym to 90s Seattle Grunge, or getting lost in the Rocky Mountains.
Bolder Money is a financial coaching platform. Our team of personal money coaches help people manage their money intentionally, so they can live intentionally too. We guide you through overcoming emotional roadblocks, setting financial goals, and achieving them with confidence.
If you’ve been wanting to make a change with your money—or in your life, where money plays a key role—but haven’t been able to do it alone, Bolder Money is here for you. Most of our members come to us because they want to feel and act differently with money but need support to get there.
Our coaches create a clear action plan tailored to your goals and provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way. Money coaching could be the turning point you’ve been looking for.
A money coach is a certified expert who helps you understand your relationship with money, get organized, set meaningful goals, and build lasting financial habits.
Our coaches are trained in both personal finance and the emotional side of money, completing rigorous programs like those from AFCPE®, the Money Coaching Institute, or the Financial Coach Academy.
Money coaching addresses both the practical side (saving, budgeting, and prioritizing) and the emotional side (why saving feels hard, overcoming stress, and creating healthy habits). It’s for anyone looking for guidance and support to navigate the emotional and practical challenges of money and achieve their life goals.
Financial advisors focus on managing wealth, offering investment advice, and building portfolios—typically for clients with significant assets. They may meet with you a few times a year and often have complex fee structures.
In contrast, our Money Coaches don’t manage your money or recommend investments. They won’t sell you products or tools either. Instead, they focus on the emotional and behavioral aspects of money, helping you overcome challenges and work toward your life and financial goals. Your coach is there whenever you need them—offering guidance, support, accountability, and actionable strategies to help you make informed, confident decisions.
Simply pick your coach, or start by taking the Money Quiz here. From there, you’ll be able to sign up for monthly coaching.
When you sign up, you’ll be paired with your personal Money Coach. They will work with you to understand your full financial picture, and help you define key goals and outcomes.
Your coach will be available to you by text. They’ll check in with you regularly, give you guidance on what to do and when, and ensure that you’re on track while helping you stay motivated!
You’ll also be invited to monthly group-coaching calls to work on other money issues. It’s a great opportunity to meet others in the community.
